Job Title: Procurement Officer

Job Location: Hosur -

Detailed Responsibilities:

Review Daily / Weekly Production & Dispatch Plans

Align procurement schedules with production and customer delivery requirements.
Monitor material requirement plans (MRP) for BO & MIW parts.

Supplier Coordination & Follow-Up

Ensure suppliers adhere to the delivery plan committed in the MRP.
Conduct daily/weekly supplier follow-up for critical and shortage parts.
Escalate potential delays early to top levels.

Monitor Schedule vs. Actual Supply

Track planned vs. received quantity for each supplier and part number.
Maintain shortage tracker for both BO & MIW categories.
Review and close gaps proactively.

Issue Resolution

Coordinate with Quality and Stores for quick clearance of incoming materials.
Resolve issues related to transport, invoice mismatch, or rejections quickly to maintain supply continuity.

MIS & Reporting

Submit daily and weekly reports on Schedule vs. Supply adherence (% achievement).
Highlight critical shortages impacting production or dispatch.

Performance Metric:

Schedule vs. Supply Adherence 95%
for BO & MIW.
Zero line stoppage / billing loss due to material shortage.
