Procurement Executive

Role Overview: As an ERP-Based Requisition Management specialist, your primary responsibility is to route all departmental purchase requests through the ERP system. You will monitor approval workflows with Centre Heads and the CEO to ensure efficient processing. It is crucial to comply with SOP guidelines by including necessary details in every requisition, such as item image, historical purchase price, and stock data. Key Responsibilities: - Manage requisition process through the ERP system - Monitor approval workflows with Centre Heads and the CEO - Ensure compliance with SOP guidelines for requisitions - Source vendors and manage quotations - Evaluate quotations based on technical and commercial specifications - Secure competitive pricing for the organization - Process purchase orders with detailed terms and conditions - Obtain necessary approvals for purchase orders - Evaluate supplier performance on product quality, delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and overall performance - Manage inventory and records - Develop vendor list and renew contracts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - At least 1 year of experience in procurement management Additional Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
