Procurement Executive- Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage and oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management processes for suppliers and subcontractors, primarily across administration, media, and marketing-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement best practices and an ability to manage multiple vendor relationships while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors for goods and services in admin and media sectors. Manage end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, RFPs, PO creation, and contract negotiation . Maintain and update approved vendor lists, service agreements, and procurement databases. Work closely with internal departments (Admin, Marketing, Production, Finance) to gather procurement requirements and project timelines. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value and service levels. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards. Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and vendor payments. Track and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with project and company objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all procurement transactions. Assist in developing procurement strategies to support long-term business goals.
