Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage and oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management processes for suppliers and subcontractors, primarily across administration, media, and marketing-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement best practices and an ability to manage multiple vendor relationships while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable

    suppliers and subcontractors

    for goods and services in admin and media sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including

    RFQs, RFPs, PO creation, and contract negotiation

    .
  • Maintain and update approved vendor lists, service agreements, and procurement databases.
  • Work closely with internal departments (Admin, Marketing, Production, Finance) to gather procurement requirements and project timelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value and service levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Track and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with project and company objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all procurement transactions.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies to support long-term business goals.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 35 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in the

    media, events, or corporate services

    industries.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software/tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
