Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage procurement processes for high rise building projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source construction materials at competitive prices.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts for purchase orders.
Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and disposal of excess or obsolete items.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in civil engineering procurement (construction procurement) or related field.
Strong knowledge of building materials sourcing, vendor management, supply chain management, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
