Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and procure electronic components, semiconductors, PCBs, RF modules, sensors, and other embedded-related materials
Evaluate and onboard suppliers through market research and technical assessment
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and long-term agreements
Work closely with Engineering and Production to understand BOM and project requirements
Track orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely availability of components
Manage supplier issues and uphold quality and compliance standards
Maintain procurement documentation and vendor records
Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternate sourcing options

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Electronics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum
3 years of experience
in procurement within the embedded/electronics hardware domain
Strong understanding of electronic components and BOM structures
Experience with ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/Zoho)
Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
