Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze tender opportunities relevant to the business.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive tender proposals.
Ensure all tender documents comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Track and manage tender timelines, ensuring timely submissions.
Maintain records of all tender activities and communications.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.

Core Responsibilities:

Tender Identification and Research:Actively searching for and identifying relevant tender opportunities from various sources, including online portals and industry publications.
Tender Document Preparation:Compiling and preparing all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
Bid Evaluation and Analysis:Analyzing bids received, assessing their feasibility against technical specifications and financial criteria, and preparing comparative statements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,104.67 - ₹29,158.53 per month
