Procurement Executive / Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Identification & Sourcing:

  Identify and evaluate suppliers for goods and services relevant to marine operations.

• Negotiation & Contracting:

  Negotiate terms such as pricing, quality, timelines, and service expectations. Coordinate with the legal team to ensure favorable contract terms.

• Purchase Order Management:

  Create, manage, and track purchase orders in line with project requirements and organizational processes.

• Vendor Communication:

  Liaise regularly with suppliers and internal project managers to ensure timely delivery and address any concerns or changes.

• Invoice & Documentation Analysis:

  Analyze and verify supplier invoices, cross-checking against goods received and purchase orders.

• Inventory Coordination:

  Monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted supply and proactively manage procurement timelines.

• Project Team Collaboration:

  Work closely with project teams to understand procurement needs and ensure timely availability of required materials or services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in

  Supply Chain Management

  Logistics

  Commerce

  , or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement or purchase experience, preferably in

  shipping, marine, logistics, or offshore services

• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  
• Familiarity with

• Proficiency in using
