Procurement Executive

As a Procurement Executive in the banking and finance sector, your role involves interacting with APAC and local procurement coordinators to manage supplier referential data using the OSR tool. You will be responsible for following up with supplier contacts to gather necessary documentation and information for updates. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating suppliers in OSR by collecting relevant information from buyers, local business contacts, and supplier contacts across APAC territories, mtiers, and functions within agreed timelines. - Supporting the APAC Procurement team on procurement matters, assisting in dashboard or report creation for management reporting. - Publishing a monthly summary of all requests and ensuring tracking of supplier creation. - Addressing queries from requestors/buyers regarding suppliers in the tool. - Providing ad-hoc reports to stakeholders and publishing KPI reports on a quarterly basis. - Creating a monthly deck for management and addressing system technical issues with the HO. - Continuously seeking ways to simplify, improve, and innovate the procurement process. Specific qualifications for this role may include: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Two to three years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for vendor relations and reporting experience. This is a full-time contractual/temporary job with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day, with fixed shifts from Monday to Friday, including morning and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.,
