Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with existing vendors and identify and onboard new vendors to expand our supplier network.
  • Procurement and Purchasing: Handle the complete procurement cycle, from requisition to purchase order, ensuring the acquisition of goods at the best possible prices and terms.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of materials to our domestic and international clients.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with other departments to forecast needs and prevent stockouts.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and supplier information to support strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
