Procurement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers or vendors globally.
• Source high-quality products and materials based on company or client requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Work closely with business and operations teams to meet sourcing goals.
• Manage documentation and compliance for procurement transactions.
• Deliver measurable results through cost savings, quality improvement, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in international procurement (UAE, India, China, or GCC) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of online procurement platforms, marketplaces, or vendor databases.
• Ability to handle multiple product categories and manage end-to-end sourcing.

Compensation:
