Job Summary

We are hiring a Procurement Executive with 2–4 years of experience in IT procurement. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end purchasing for IT projects, ensuring accurate validation, price control, timely delivery, and documentation. This is a full-time role based at our Kochi office in Infopark Phase II.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Verification: Validate quantities, models, and specifications with the Technical Team to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with Project Managers on availability and lead times to avoid delays.
• Price Negotiation & Budget Control: Review and verify negotiated prices against budgets; escalate variances and get approvals.
• Purchase Order Management: Issue POs from approved requisitions, quotes, and agreements, complying with audit and authorization standards.
• Warranty & License Tracking: Update internal systems on warranty periods and license renewal dates in coordination with the asset management team.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain digital records including POs, invoices, delivery notes, and related documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT/System Integration.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, and vendor management.
• Experience with ERP or procurement tools like Zoho, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
