We’re Hiring – Procurement & Design Executive (Female Engineer)

Are you a passionate female engineer looking to build a strong career in facility operations and procurement management within a leading high-rise IT Park environment?

At Infinity BPO Services Pvt. Ltd. (Bose Tech Park, Kolkata), we’re looking for a Procurement & Design Executive who can combine technical knowledge with design and procurement skills to support our expanding facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of materials, spares, and services across MEP, electrical, civil, plumbing, and soft services.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and SolidWorks for technical coordination and procurement reference.
• Maintain and evaluate vendor databases, obtain quotations, and negotiate cost-effective procurements.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Support budget tracking, cost control, and expenditure reporting.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to meet on-ground requirements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory records, and MIS reports.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure service-level compliance and smooth operations.

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, design coordination, or facility management (IT Parks, high-rise buildings, malls preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, and other design tools
• Strong command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Exposure to ERP or procurement software is an added advantage
