🌟 We’re Hiring – Senior Shift Engineer (Commercial Building) 🌟
🏢 Are you a hands-on MEP & Facility Expert who can keep a commercial building running 24x7? We’re looking for someone to take charge of:
⚡ Electrical Systems: Transformers, LT Panels, ACB/VCB, DG Sets
❄️ HVAC & Chillers: Chiller Plant & Cooling Towers
💧 Water & Plumbing: STP/WTP, plumbing systems
🛠️ Operations & Management: BOQ, budgeting, vendor management, ERP, AutoCAD, Excel/PowerPoint
🧹 Soft Services & Client Handling: Security, housekeeping, landscaping, and ensuring client satisfaction
🎓 Qualification:
B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical (Diploma holders with strong experience may apply)
Electrical Supervisor / C-License preferred but not mandatory
Certifications in Facility Management, HVAC, Fire & Safety are a plus
Open to rotational & night shifts 🌙

Strong leader capable of managing teams, vendors & clients
