Senior Shift Engineer

As a Senior Shift Engineer (Commercial Building) at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a commercial building 24x7. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing Electrical Systems including Transformers, LT Panels, ACB/VCB, and DG Sets - Overseeing HVAC & Chillers such as the Chiller Plant & Cooling Towers - Handling Water & Plumbing systems including STP/WTP and plumbing systems - Managing Operations & Management tasks such as BOQ, budgeting, vendor management, ERP, AutoCAD, Excel/PowerPoint - Supervising Soft Services & Client Handling which includes Security, housekeeping, landscaping, and ensuring client satisfaction Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical (Diploma holders with strong experience may apply) - Electrical Supervisor/C-License preferred but not mandatory - Certifications in Facility Management, HVAC, Fire & Safety are a plus - Openness to rotational & night shifts is essential As the ideal candidate, you are expected to be hands-on, solution-driven, and proactive in your approach.
