Senior Shift Engineer

As a Senior Shift Engineer specializing in MEP & Facility Management for commercial buildings, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the building 24x7. You will take charge of various systems including Electrical Systems (Transformers, LT Panels, ACB/VCB, DG Sets), HVAC & Chillers (Chiller Plant & Cooling Towers), Water & Plumbing (STP/WTP, plumbing systems), Operations & Management (BOQ, budgeting, vendor management, ERP, AutoCAD, Excel/PowerPoint), and Soft Services & Client Handling (Security, housekeeping, landscaping, and client satisfaction). Key Responsibilities: - Manage Electrical Systems such as Transformers, LT Panels, ACB/VCB, DG Sets - Oversee HVAC & Chillers including Chiller Plant & Cooling Towers - Supervise Water & Plumbing systems including STP/WTP and plumbing - Handle Operations & Management tasks like BOQ, budgeting, vendor management, ERP, AutoCAD, Excel/PowerPoint - Coordinate Soft Services & Client Handling activities for security, housekeeping, landscaping, and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical (Diploma holders with extensive experience may also apply) - Electrical Supervisor/C-License preferred but not mandatory - Certifications in Facility Management, HVAC, Fire & Safety are a plus - Openness to work in rotational & night shifts As a candidate for this role, you should be hands-on, solution-driven, and proactive.
