Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Assistant, located in South Delhi. The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for creating and processing purchase orders, managing procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, negotiating with vendors, and supporting the purchasing department in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Skills in generating and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making
• Experience in Purchasing and overall Procurement processes
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
