Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Coordinator (Interior and Civil) located in South Delhi. The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and aligning purchases with project needs and timelines. The role includes analytical tasks to evaluate purchasing decisions, and effective communication with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Procurement and Purchasing
• Experience with Purchase Orders and related processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating purchasing decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in procurement within the interior design or civil engineering industry is a plus
