🔹 Position 1: Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:

Develop sourcing strategies aligned with company goals

Manage vendor relationships & ensure timely procurement

Negotiate pricing & contracts to maximize value

Source vendors for all event-related goods and services

Monitor budgets & identify cost-saving opportunities

Ensure compliance and track procurement KPIs

You Bring:

Freshers welcome | 1+ year experience preferred

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Strong analytical, negotiation & organizational skills

Effective communicator & a team player

🔹 Position 2: Event Coordinator

Scope: Full ownership of event planning & execution across music festivals, weddings, and corporate activations.

Responsibilities:

🎯 Event Management:

End-to-end event execution from pre-production to wrap-up

On-ground support and real-time problem-solving

🤝 Vendor & Client Liaison:

Build and maintain a reliable vendor network

Coordinate between clients, vendors & internal teams

📈 Business Growth & Reporting:

Contribute to ₹1 Cr+ in annual business revenue

Maintain budgets, reports, and inventories

You Bring:

1–3 years in event coordination or management

Passion for events, calm under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace & event tech tools

Strong communication and time management skills
