Procurement Analyst

Role Overview: As an IT Procurement Analyst at Stantec, you will have the opportunity to join the Procurement Team and contribute to the procurement of IT products, software, and services for Stantec on a corporate-wide level. Your role will involve vendor relations, customer service, organizing and maintaining electronic files, responding to quote requests, procurement of IT products and services, invoice processing, asset management, and liaising with other internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Work with various representatives to place and track orders - Communicate with Stantec employees through multiple mediums for customer service - Organize and maintain electronic files and databases for document control - Respond to quote requests and maintain internal documentation including catalogs - Procure IT products and services following set processes and procedures - Assist with invoice processing in collaboration with the finance department - Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to receive, track, and execute requests - Manage assets of IT products and services - Liaise with other internal teams at Stantec Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of IT products is an asset - Familiarity with basic procurement skills and tools - Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and written, delivered professionally - Strong organizational skills to plan workload with tight deadlines - Critical thinking skills with a pragmatic approach - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Ability to work independently with confidence while fostering a collaborative atmosphere - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Experience with ServiceNow is an asset - Fluency in French is an asset Additional Details: Stantec is a global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting.
