Job Description

Role Overview: As a Procurement Analyst at JLL, you will be responsible for various procurement analytical and administration duties. You will play a crucial role in managing tenders, supporting Sourcing Managers/Specialists, and ensuring smooth procurement activities. Your key responsibilities include: - Tailoring appropriate tenders and evaluation processes for each project requirement - Regular liaison and communication with the wider S&P team nationally and in other JLL operating regions - Facilitating negotiations of contractual conditions between clients and suppliers - Maintaining S&P Power BI dashboards and ensuring they are updated with the latest datasets - Being the subject matter expert on key data analytical tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server - Developing strategic dashboards using Power BI to assist the S&P team in project delivery - Working with stakeholders to identify process improvement and waste reduction opportunities - Performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of Sourcing/Category Management Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should have: - A Business/Commerce/IT Degree with at least 5 years of experience in procurement, consulting, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation - Relevant work experience in IFM with knowledge of procurement for services related to facility management - Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple clients, stakeholders, and projects - Excellent knowledge and skills in application systems such as MS Excel (Advanced/Macros), Power BI, SQL Server, and other data analytics tools - Background in structured process analysis and continuous improvement Additional Details: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
