Procurement Analyst

As a Procurement Analyst for a UK based property lettings business, your role will involve managing and optimizing utility services for clients. This includes conducting supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and contract management while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to secure competitive utility pricing and implement cost-saving strategies. - Maintain accurate records of all utility transactions and generate reports for analysis. - Review tax rules to identify applicable relief for tenants and properties. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain with expertise in cost analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier evaluation. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track costs, identify savings, and enhance efficiency. - Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software. - Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
