Procurement Analyst

You will be joining Tradeweb Markets, a global leader in electronic trading, serving a wide range of clients across 65 countries. The company is known for its innovative culture and commitment to transforming the financial markets since its inception in 1998. **Role Overview:** As part of the procurement team, your role will involve identifying and acquiring goods or services to support Tradeweb's business globally. You will play a key role in ensuring fair vendor selection, negotiating pricing, and maintaining purchasing policies. Additionally, you will contribute to the company's digital transformation projects, collaborating with finance teams to optimize processes and implement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate supplier proposals using negotiation expertise and analytical skills. - Manage the end-to-end procurement process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Review contracts from a commercial perspective and identify areas for negotiation and improvement. - Drive cost savings, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and foster sustainable growth as a trusted business partner. - Lead process improvement initiatives, including ERP system enhancements and automation of procurement workflows. - Oversee the coding and processing of purchase requisitions globally and secure necessary approvals. - Support AP team in utilizing purchase orders by understanding the P2P process. - Adapt to evolving business needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Qualifications:** - BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in a P2P team, preferably in a high-volume environment. - Proficiency in ERP systems, with preference for Oracle Cloud Fusion knowledge. - Advanced Excel skills for presenting financial information clearly. - Familiarity with automation processes and analysis tools like Alteryx and Tableau. - Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement. - Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
