Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training techniques and accelerated learning techniques using a variety of training delivery modalities in a live environment.
  • Complete daily training administrative work such as tracking of data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to developed agenda/timelines and content flow and accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics.
  • In accordance with business requirements into a custom training plan, organize training implementation and training effectiveness evaluation.
  • Analyzes training needs and defines learning objectives
  • Encourages discussion, collaboration, and problem-solving
  • Gives constructive feedback and encourages continuous improvement .
  • Ability to meet Customer Requirement & ISO 9001 certification.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn new skills.
  • Basic knowledge about any sport.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
