About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our dynamic team, focusing on . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, ensuring that team members are well-versed in regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end training for new hires and existing employees on various international or sales processes.

Create and update training modules, SOPs, and process documentation in line with regulatory changes.

Conduct refresher sessions, on-the-job training, and upskilling programs.

Monitor and assess training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.

Work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Quality teams to ensure alignment and knowledge consistency.

Ensure timely updates to training content based on audit findings, regulatory changes, and process improvements.

Maintain training logs, feedback forms, and training effectiveness reports.

Participate in process calibration sessions and quality reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; certification in AML/KYC or Compliance is a plus.

3-6 years of experience in BPO/Financial Services with at least 2 years in a training role

Strong knowledge of related compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
