Process Trainer

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on

  Provider Enrollment & Credentialing (E2E)

  processes.
• Train new hires and existing staff on enrollment, re-credentialing, and revalidation processes.
• Provide in-depth training on payer enrollments including

  Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans

  .
• Develop training materials such as SOPs, process flows, presentations, assessments, and job aids.
• Conduct

  knowledge transfer (KT)

  sessions, refresher trainings, and process updates.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance metrics.
• Identify knowledge gaps and conduct corrective or enhancement training sessions.
• Ensure adherence to

  NCQA, CMS, HIPAA

  , and payer-specific guidelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure training aligns with business needs.
• Support process transitions, updates, and new client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Provider Enrollment & Credentialing – End to End

  .
• Thorough knowledge of:
• CAQH
• NPI
• PECOS
• Medicare & Medicaid enrollment
• Commercial payer enrollments
• Experience working with provider demographics, licensing, board certifications, malpractice insurance, and sanctions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and train diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare or Life Sciences preferred).
  

• Prior experience as a

  Process Trainer / SME / Quality Analyst

  in healthcare operations.
• Experience in healthcare BPO/KPO environment.
• Certification in healthcare operations or training is an added advantage.
