Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Process Trainer to join our team at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for delivering effective training programs to our employees. The role requires expertise in process and sales training as well as product knowledge.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in delivering training in relevant fields.
  • Proficient in process training with proven ability to explain complex processes clearly (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in sales training to enhance team sales performance and techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong product knowledge to educate employees on product features and benefits (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills to effectively engage and communicate with audiences.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions that meet organizational needs.
  • Proficiency in content development to create comprehensive and effective training materials.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple training sessions concurrently.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver process training programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the company's procedures.
  • Conduct sales training workshops to improve skills and techniques, driving increased sales performance.
  • Develop training content and materials, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to continuously improve training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align sessions with business goals.
  • Maintain and update training records, ensuring all employees receive the necessary training on time.
  • Provide support and mentorship to new employees as they transition into their roles within the company.
