Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development and Process Manager to lead our call center team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and guiding the team to meet business and revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and driving revenue growth .

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in leading teams, managing performance and fostering collaboration across functions.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the call center team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Manage team performance, set targets, conduct reviews, and provide coaching and mentoring
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and conversion rates

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in business development or a similar role
• Bachelors’ degree, BE/Business Administration, Marketing or related filed required within a Call Center / BPO environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
• Process management and operational excellence
• Ability to work in Day Rotational Shifts
