Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in process management, preferably within the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
Design and execute experiments to test new processes and procedures.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
Lead process improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Process Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of process management principles and methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Experience with process improvement tools and techniques.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
