Qualifications & Experience

  • Several years of experience in IT support, process management, or digital product delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with agile ways of working and digital product orientation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand needs and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication and foster strong relationships across the organization.

Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency through process optimization and automation.
  • Establish and monitor quality processes using KPIs and regular performance reporting.

Training and Documentation

  • Deliver training sessions to promote best practices and embed a culture of quality.

Quality and Compliance

  • Act as the single point of contact for all quality-related activities and communication.
  • Mitigate risks, prevent business losses from IT disturbances and manage major incidents effectively.

Cybersecurity and IT Compliance

  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to uphold compliance standards and address security vulnerabilities proactively.

Planning and Maintenance

  • Contribute to planning application maintenance and enhancement activities with a quality-first approach.
