Qualifications & Experience
- Several years of experience in IT support, process management, or digital product delivery.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with agile ways of working and digital product orientation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand needs and drive process improvements.

Training and Documentation

Quality and Compliance
- Act as the single point of contact for all quality-related activities and communication.
- Mitigate risks, prevent business losses from IT disturbances and manage major incidents effectively.
Cybersecurity and IT Compliance
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to uphold compliance standards and address security vulnerabilities proactively.
Planning and Maintenance
- Contribute to planning application maintenance and enhancement activities with a quality-first approach.
