As a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist, you will be joining our team in Pune. This full-time role involves working in the US shift and requires hands-on expertise in contract lifecycle management, legal interpretation, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT and procurement contracts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare process definitions and documentation for contract-related workflows. - Work under defined KPIs, SLAs, and organizational guidelines. - Draft, negotiate, redline, abstract, and summarize contracts. - Conduct preliminary reporting and data analysis. - Review and interpret contract provisions critically, identifying risks and ensuring compliance. - Maintain domain knowledge of commercial contracting across geographies and industries. - Ensure adherence to corporate legal requirements, including IP, data privacy, and information security. - Facilitate legal research as needed. - Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials. - Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. **Technical Requirements:** - 3-6 years of experience in contract management, especially IT contracts. - Exposure to procurement contracts, subcontracts, and M&A is a plus. - Strong interpretation, analytical reasoning, and logical thinking skills. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CLM platforms. - Exposure to AI automation tools in contract management is preferable.
