Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of

    end-to-end UK Payroll Processing

    is mandatory.
  • Process monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Perform

    FPS, EPS, GTN reconciliation

    and ensure timely submission to HMRC.
  • Handle

    gross and net overpayment calculations

    .
  • Knowledge of

    year-end payroll activities

    (End of Year, Start of Year, P11D) and reporting in line with legislation.
  • Analyze and validate pre- and post-payroll run reports.
  • Ensure

    SLA compliance

    by executing payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
  • Provide expert advice and interpretation of payroll legislation to support team members.


Requirements

  • ERP knowledge:

    ORACLE FUSION/EBS

    (mandatory)

  • In-depth and current knowledge of payroll legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA targets.
  • Previous experience managing a payroll team.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements.
