Job Description

Perform accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial reports to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
Utilize Excel and ERP systems effectively for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth financial coordination of supply chain activities.
Provide administrative support by executing skilled technical and operational tasks to support business functions.
Escalate non-routine financial or operational issues to senior colleagues or supervisors as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting) .
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of finance and accounting principles .
Exposure to logistics or supply chain operations is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently within defined processes and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
