Role Overview

As a Process Expert

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their transformation journey.
• Understand each client’s goals, challenges, and desired outcomes to personalize their journey.
• Facilitate periodic check-ins to track progress and ensure clients are implementing their Excellence Installations effectively.
• Identify behavioral patterns, emotional blocks, or mindset barriers that may be slowing progress and guide clients to overcome them.
• Collaborate closely with the mentoring and operations teams to align on client milestones and next steps.
• Document client interactions, insights, and outcomes to maintain journey continuity.
• Provide timely feedback and recommendations to enhance client experience and results.
• Encourage clients to sustain momentum, celebrate progress, and stay committed to their breakthroughs.
• Support workshops, mentoring sessions, and follow-up activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Coaching, Behavioral Science, Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in coaching, client success, or people development roles.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and passion for personal growth.
