Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Process Executive in Prod Ops where you will leverage your expertise in UiPath and Claims Adjudication to streamline operations. With a focus on Provider and Payer domains you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This hybrid role offers night shifts providing flexibility and a unique work-life balance. Responsibilities Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors. Execute claims adjudication processes with precision ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues enhancing customer satisfaction. Analyze provider and payer data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Implement best practices in claims processing to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Monitor and report on key performance indicators driving continuous improvement initiatives. Provide support in the development and testing of new automation solutions contributing to innovation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards ensuring compliance. Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members fostering a collaborative environment. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights promoting transparency. Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures ensuring clarity and consistency. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing operational capabilities and supporting strategic goals. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in UiPath showcasing ability to automate complex processes. Exhibit strong understanding of claims adjudication with attention to detail and accuracy. Possess knowledge of provider and payer domains enabling effective communication and collaboration. Display analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements.
