Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Executive for our Property & Casualty Insurance team with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and a keen interest in Auto - Claims. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts requiring no travel. The role involves handling various insurance processes and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities Handle and process insurance claims related to Property & Casualty Insurance. Ensure accurate data entry and management using MS Office tools. Provide support in the documentation and verification of claims. Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Monitor and report on the status of claims and other relevant metrics. Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding. Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly. Support the team in achieving overall business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience in Auto Claims is a nice to have. Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications Required Certification in MS Office is required. Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. Show more Show less
