Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Excellence Manager located in Gurugram. The Process Excellence Manager will lead and implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing processes, developing and maintaining operational excellence strategies, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects that drive value and efficiency. The role also involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Process Excellence and Business Process Improvement methodologies
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Expertise in Operational Excellence and Business Process Management
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and ensure successful project execution
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
