Process Excellence Manager

The Process Excellence Manager (Black Belt) position at Asian Hires in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, reports to the Senior Manager of Process Excellence (Master Black Belt) within the Operations department. As the Manager of Process Excellence, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate process and performance improvement activities by utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will collaborate closely with senior management on projects aimed at enhancing automation, standardization, SOPs, and customer satisfaction to drive operational efficiency and quality. Your role will involve leading a team of analysts, working with stakeholders to define improvement goals, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely completion. You will also be tasked with resolving conflicts, providing regular updates to the Leadership group, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders to communicate findings effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (Masters/MBA preferred) along with Black Belt certification and experience in change management, project management, or data analysis. Proficiency in statistical software and MS Office tools is required, along with the ability to lead improvement initiatives independently and conduct Lean/Six Sigma training sessions. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
