The Process Engineer – Confectionery is responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes specific to confectionery products such as chocolates, candies, gums, and jellies. This role ensures consistent product quality, efficient operations, and compliance with food safety standards while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
3–6 years in process engineering within confectionery or related food manufacturing
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and process simulation tools; exposure to MES/SCADA systems is a plus
HACCP, Lean Six Sigma, or ISO 22000 preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on technical ability, and cross-functional collaboration
