· Develop, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
· Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in output, cycle time, and wastage reduction.
· Support new product/mold trials and ensure successful scale-up for production.
· Work with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, and R&D) to solve process-related issues.
· Prepare and maintain SOPs, process flow documents, and technical reports.
· Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other process improvement tools.
· Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
· Train operators and production staff on best practices and process guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
