Process Engineer

Summary of the position

The person holding this position should have good knowledge of product & processes and the requirements of standards under Quality Management System & TPM. Anticipating the quality related problems during the manufacturing process and taking the required action to prevent the problem. The person should have good analytical ability and hands on with application of different quality improvement tools. The incumbent needs to continuously interact with Production, Maintenance and Engineering Personnel for resolving the quality related problems, hence good communication skills is must for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection, management and analysis.
• Problem analysis and problem solving.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards as per QMS & TPM requirements.
• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
• Support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to new trainee operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
• Familiarity with process control
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
