Roles and Responsibilities

Technology transfer and scale up studies.
Time cycle and cost reduction in new and existing projects .
Capacity enhancement projects .
Troubleshooting projects based on Yield and quality improvements . for prospective technology transfer , concurrent Validations to different facilities .
Equipment mapping and selection for different projects and validations Utility costing in old projects .
Increase process recovery and also try to develop new method for recycle solvents .
Preapring Equipment Process Datasheet & Instrument Process Datasheet.
Material and Energy Balance Calculation.
Optimize Utility costing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes and improve yield.
Conduct techno-commercial feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
