Job Description

As a Process Engineer at Envalior, you will be instrumental in managing, optimizing, and enhancing plant operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing robust process control practices to ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, process safety, sustainability, collaboration, and adherence to the 3R principles of the Pantnagar Green Mission. - Coordinating product lifecycle activities and participating in safety, health, and environmental (SHE) studies. - Implementing process control guidelines and compounding process controls. - Maintaining Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) for site-manufactured products. - Leading and collaborating on improvement projects, both independently and as part of a team. To excel in this role, you should have: - An engineering degree in Chemical Engineering or a Diploma in Plastics with a minimum of 6 years of compounding experience. - Alternatively, a Science graduate with a Master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in Compounding (Production/Process/QA/Maintenance). - Proficiency in root cause analysis procedures, computer skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Quality Management Systems (QMS) & Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), industrial manufacturing experience, fluent communication skills in English, and Minitab operations excellence. - Preferably, knowledge of AutoCAD and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
