Process Engineer

Principal task and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with the plant and make sure that the micro plan as prepared as per the month

product requirement.

• Present the plan vs achievement plant wise in the daily meeting and to highlights the gaps if any.

• Review the production process and discuss with the respective plant incharges for the efficiency

improvement.

• Review over all equipment occupancy on daily basis and highlight if the occupancy is less than

the targeted occupancy. Also contribute for the product mapping to increase the occupancy of

reactors.

• Review operation of the utility equipment and ensure that all the equipment are working

effectively and support the engineering team for any improvement in the efficiency program.

• Support the production team during the investigation of the batch failure and work as process

engineer to support from process engineering side to identifying the preventive measures.

• Identifying the problems and solving them with the help of respective departments by applying

the structured, fact based, and disciplined methodology for effectively deliver improvements.

• Working with the multiple stakeholders across businesses to drive improvements in the

operational excellence team.

• Institutionalize Business Level dashboards to drive uniformity of performance management across

different business units. Work cross functionally with sales, supply-chain, operations, and other

office functions to improve processes throughout the business.

• Inform, influence, negotiate & persuade internal/external stakeholders in relation to continuous

improvement efforts and initiatives.

• Demonstrate a consistent ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, teach

and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity.

• To coordinate with all the production head and support the capacity enhancement to fulfil the

market requirement.
