Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer with IBM certification to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, analyze, and optimize business processes using IBM tools and methodologies.
Work on process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Conduct process mapping, documentation, and workflow analysis.
Develop and deploy automation strategies to streamline operations.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
IBM Qualification / Certification.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Process Engineer / Business Process Analyst.
Strong knowledge of process modeling, automation, and optimization.
Proficiency in tools like MS Visio, IBM BPM Suite, Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹282,337.83 - ₹428,202.19 per year
