Empoyees in this speciaty shoud have knowedge in SAP HR Management System. This wi be key as they execute the different key Human Resource Deivery processing activities. This knowedge couped with their understanding of cient-specific poicy is essentia for Human Resources Deivery speciaties. Shoud an issue be identified, empoyees wi need to reach out to upstream and downstream processes to resove the issue. A good understanding of the end-to-end HRMS System and Process wi aow them to navigate through these dependencies seamessy. There may be occasions when empoyees wi be required to perform system testing. Your primary responsibiities incude: Inputs and processes empoyee data in the HR System to provide accurate and timey information to a variety of HR Services Working on compex transactions requiring review & eigibiity checking Runs reports & performs reconciiations between various reports Interface with customers to resove questions and issues regarding compensation administration/processes Provides data for any interna business contros team as required Ensure compiance to the cient’s existing standards Provides services that reies on the processed empoyee data to meet the demand of the Service Leve Agreement (SLA) Provides soutions to issues brought up by the contact centre according to poicy guideines set Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise Graduate or Post-Graduate (MBA HR is preferred) having overa of 1- 2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in Core HR & Issue Resoution for any Internationa IT / ITES Company Exceent communication skis in Engish both ora & written Has strong knowedge of Core HR (excuding recruitment) reated processes & shoud have worked on SAP HRMS Strong knowedge of MS Exce Abiity to manage mutipe, diverse priorities under time pressure to meet key customer and financia deadines Abiity to pre-empt potentia issues and reprioritize work to meet ever changing needs of customers both interna and externa; proactivey foows up with key customers on resoution and action pans Abiity to think through compex issues and situations and deveop robust, we thought out soutions which meet the need of the business Abiity to troube-shoot and impement changes in his/her processes; abiity to identify major areas of concern regarding compiance to trave poicy as we as recommend measures to address identified exceptions; abiity to anayse and present trave spending data in a way that wi provide optimum benefits to the business Effectivey Works with Others - Works we with interna customers and externa suppiers and can positivey infuence others in probem soving and work process improvements Exceent Customer Service skis – abiity to communicate to a peope at a eves within the organization.
