About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of workflows across teams. In this role, you will act as a bridge between departments ensuring processes are clearly defined, efficient, and consistently followed. If you enjoy managing structure in fast-paced environments, solving operational challenges, and enabling teams to work smoothly, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor internal workflows to ensure timely and smooth execution.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across teams.
• Document SOPs, updates, best practices, and process guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to track process/project health.
• Act as the primary point of contact for process-related queries and clarifications.
• Support onboarding or adoption of new tools and process automation platforms.
• Assist in training team members on updated workflows or tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Experience 0–2 years
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with workflow or project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, Airtable, Monday.com).
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; basic automation tool knowledge is a plus.
