Required Technical Skills (Excel Focus)

• Advanced Formulas:

  VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Index-Match, and nested IF statements.

• Data Visualization:

  Creating Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and conditional formatting.

• Data Cleaning:

  Using Power Query, Text-to-Columns, and Data Validation to manage large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management:

  Maintain and update master trackers, ensuring 100% data integrity and accuracy.

• Workflow Monitoring:

  Track the progress of ongoing projects or orders and follow up with relevant stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks.

• Advanced Reporting:

  Create and maintain complex Excel dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Process Improvement:

  Identify gaps in current operational workflows and suggest automated or more efficient ways to handle tasks using Excel tools.

• Coordination:

  Act as a central point of contact between departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, and Logistics) to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.

• Audit & Compliance:

  Conduct regular checks to ensure all team members are adhering to the established standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Qualifications & Soft Skills

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• Experience:

  12 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or data-entry role.

• Attention to Detail:

  Ability to spot errors in large spreadsheets quickly.

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with different teams.

• Time Management:

  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet daily/weekly reporting deadlines.
