Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
  • Make outbound and inbound calls to clients/customers for information verification, follow-ups, or coordination.
  • Maintain and update customer information, records, and reports.
  • Support daily backend operations and assist in administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data flow and task completion.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in backend, telecalling, or data entry role.
  • Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 wpm preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferred Candidate:
  • Candidates residing near Noida Sector 62 will be preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
