Process Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to oversee and streamline manufacturing processes in our mechanical production unit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating workflow between departments, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily manufacturing processes and ensure alignment with production schedules and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and document production flow, identifying bottlenecks or delays and working with cross-functional teams to resolve them..
• Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time, yield, downtime, and suggest actions for improvement.
• Coordinate training for production staff on updated processes or new machinery.
• Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets efficiently.
• Generate and analyze reports on production output, material usage, and process deviations.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in a process coordination or production support role within a mechanical or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
